The use and redistribution of DistoCore DistoFonic AU/VST/VST3 Plug-ins and Standalone Application ("Software") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

All copyrights to the Software are exclusively owned by the DistoCore team. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Permission is granted to use the Software for any purpose, including commercial use.
The Software may be freely distributed, provided that the distribution package remains unmodified. No fee may be charged for its distribution without written permission from the copyright holder. The Software may not be bundled or distributed with other products without prior written consent.
You may not use, copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, except as permitted by this agreement. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this license and may lead to legal action.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Installing and using the Software constitutes acceptance of this License Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the Software.

Additional Terms (FULL licensed/PRO Version Only)

Multiple Installations:
Individual users may install the Software on multiple machines, provided it is not used simultaneously on shared systems without proper removal. Commercial or institutional use is limited to one machine per license.

Upgrades:
Purchased licenses include free updates up to and including the next minor version. Continued development and updates are not guaranteed.

License Transfers:
Licenses may be transferred to another person. The original owner must contact the developer to complete the transfer. After transfer, all copies must be removed from the original owner's systems.
